Dr. Tamela Heath Hawley is Dean of Planning and Institutional Research at a suburban community college in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. A native Californian, Dr. Hawley grew up in a military family, the sixth of seven children. In her life, she conquered a serious eating disorder, child sexual abuse, and teenage parenthood to attend UCLA and obtain a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Social Change, all before her 30th birthday. Dr. Hawley has published and made numerous presentations at national conventions and educational conferences. In 1996, her life was dramatically transformed by a near-death experience, which left her with the ability to channel transformational messages from beyond. Through her awakening, she discovered the keys to the true kingdom that resides within and she has been able to use this knowledge in her approach to life, career, and relationships. In the book Your Inner Kingdom: Rediscovering Your Divine Connection to the Source, Dr. Hawley shares the work that she has done with people all over the local area, helping them to open up to the divine light within. Dr. Tamela Heath Hawley is an ordained priest in the Order of Melchizadek. She gives readings that she calls Lightnetwork Path readings and is available for group workshops and seminars.
