You have an internal strength that is provided
to you by the creator. You can use this strength to get
you through any situation. There is an old saying, "God
would not put you through anything he didn't think you
could handle." This is true. Think about this and try to
reflect on the times that you have exhibited
extraordinary strength when you didn't know if you could
get through a tough situation. The Light Network says,
"You are a divine creation of God. You are one with the
creator and therefore you can do nothing wrong
Nothing can penetrate you that you do not wish to come
near you." If you are having a hard time with a situation
in your life, if you get clear that you are ready for it
to go, it has to go. That's the law.
Find a quite place to sit and meditate upon the images that
correspond to the element of light. You are going within to find
your strength. Strength is a gift given by the creator to all workers
of light. When you need strength, all you have to do is ask for it
from the creator. Imagine that a great white light is moving toward you
from the infinite universe. This light is pure and all expansive and it is
moving right into your energy. You are one with this beautiful light.
As this light moves toward you, you feel engulfed in its infinite love.
The white light of protection surrounds you. This light comes from
the universal mind. You are a part of this mind. The beauty of the
love that comes from this universal energy is a part of what makes
you whole.
As you breathe in the light from the creator, you are filled with the
energy of the creator. You feel filled to the maximum with strength
and power. You know that you can fulfill any quest that the maker
asks of you. You will not be abandoned. Allow yourself to feel the
love and light within your body as you quietly chant the mantra for
strength.
Chant the mantra until you feel that every cell of your body is
quiet, relaxed and filled with power. You will feel like you have more
strength and more energy than you knew you had. When you chant,
you should extend the sound out for very long and slow rhythms,
accentuating the vowel part of the word. This will help to put you into
an almost trance-like state. When you are in this state, your body and
mind are prone to fewer distractions and you are able to just be with
the exercise. This type of meditation is also good for overall physical
and psychological health and well-being. So, it is good to get into the
habit of practicing this every day. When you chant, also try to
concentrate on the color associated with the mantra. This will help
you to bring in the element of light more easily. In this case, you will
want to focus on the color RED. If you want to, you can wear a red
shirt or burn a red candle or hold something red in your hands. Some
people aren’t good at visualizing, so there are other ways to convince
your mind to focus on something. The goal here is to learn to focus
your mind so that you will be relaxed and free from distraction to
begin the exercise that follows. Chant the mantra. Stop when you feel
you are ready or have had enough.

use it when you need it. The first order of healing is
being willing to let go of things that you don't need.
This is not easy, but it is possible and you can and will
accomplish it with the proper tools.
